Hi all! I have been trying to tame a level 15 carcharodontosaurus for several days now, but each time ends in failure. I’m on a small private server only shared with a couple friends, but lately I’ve just been solo playing. I understand you are supposed to drag bodies to it, wait for it to sniff fully, and then let it eat while you run away. Like its namesake the great white shark, Carcharodontosaurus gets more dangerous once it tastes blood. Each kill seems to give these monsters a rush and drive it into a berserker frenzy. Anyone that manages to tame a Carcharodontosaurus will gain a new way to rally their tribe for battle.

The problem is that the Carchar must come to the offering dino, so each corpse must be at some distance to the next and other dinos want to eat the corpse but hey, you can kill them too. Note that you have to be fast because the bar decrases and that was my biggest problem even if I tamed it without a cage.
